Job summary

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is expanding its Milwaukee team to recruit a Client Representative who will represent our nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.

You will engage directly with the public at retail locations and events, explain campaign work, answer questions, and build positive interactions that advance campaign goals and drive awareness in the community. You’ll work closely with the team at events and in stores to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Confident meeting new people and communicating naturally.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or events is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit client campaigns face-to-face.
• Start conversations and engage with members of the public.
• Explain campaign information and answer questions.
• Build rapport and create positive interactions.
