Ideal candidates have 3–5 years nonprofit bookkeeping experience, exposure to audits, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and ADP Payroll. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred, with a commitment to the mission of helping families

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, nonprofit preferred.
• Experience with monthly reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience processing payroll through ADP and nonprofit fund tracking.
• Audits and annual reviews support experience.

Responsibilities

• Record income/expenses and process payroll via ADP.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain GL accuracy.
• Prepare monthly statements and management reports.
• Ensure grant, donor, and restricted fund compliance.
• Assist auditors and tax filings with accountants.
