Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent in nonprofit environments
• Non-Profit accounting experience preferred or considered in lieu of degree
• Proficiency with Excel, Office suite, and basic math
• Experience with ledger systems and timely financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare funder billing reports with supporting docs and cost reports
• Assist with Drug Medi-Cal billing and compliance reviews
• Support annual facility and program budgets and monthly closings
• Maintain staff time sheets and activity reports
• Assist in internal and external audits and monthly billing reviews
• Collaborate with Business Manager and Center Director on billing
