Job summary

Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is seeking experienced professionals to join its Nonprofit Audit practice.

You will work with public charities and family offices of ultra-high net worth individuals, delivering audit and assurance services while acting as trusted advisors to management, boards, and donors. The role emphasizes a passion for charitable work, ethics in governance, and commitment to exceptional client service in Silicon Valley’s philanthropic ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field with an accounting emphasis.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification, including completion of CPA eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and engagement planning meetings.
• Participate in all phases of the audit process including testing, reviews, and examinations.
• Apply analytical and technical skills to complete audit workpapers and procedures.
• Utilize an understanding of PCAOB and generally accepted auditing standards, common audit procedures, and techniques.
• Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals.
