Job summary

Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, a leading accounting and financial consulting firm in Silicon Valley, seeks a Senior Auditor to join Corporate Audit. You will lead client audits, work with founders, CFOs, and boards, and gain exposure to venture-backed technology companies.

You will develop deep understanding of business models, equity transactions, and revenue recognition while mentoring junior staff. This role offers growth in a dynamic tech-focused advisory environment with strong client exposure

Qualifications

• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification.
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance.
• Experience auditing technology and venture-backed clients preferred.
• Interest in venture-backed startups and technology ecosystems.
• Experience serving as primary client contact and/or engagement lead preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Develop understanding of venture-backed and tech company business models.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for management teams.
• Supervise engagements and mentor associates.
• Research complex accounting issues and apply GAAS.
• Report to Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
