Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of nonprofit audits.
• Lead engagement planning, staffing, and execution to deliver value to clients.
• Direct engagement progress and keep Principals informed of major decisions.
• Develop and coach staff through recruitment, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee engagement letters and fee discussions with clients.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs; present to Engagement Principal.
• Monitor time budgets and deadlines; communicate developments to the Engagement Principal; ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate final client meetings.
