Assurance Dimensions in Tampa, FL is seeking an Audit Director to lead nonprofit and Single Audit engagements from planning through issuance. You will mentor managers, seniors, and staff, champion high-quality work, and collaborate with partners across offices.

The role emphasizes technical accounting, GAAS, Uniform Guidance, and Yellow Book requirements, with travel to client sites as needed and a hybrid work model. A CPA and 10+ years of nonprofit audit experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience including significant audit management.
• Recent nonprofit financial statement audits and Single Audits experience.
• Ability to lead and review complex engagements from planning through issuance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, Government Auditing Standards, and Uniform Guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nonprofit financial statement audits and Single Audits from planning through completion and issuance.
• Perform director-level review of risk assessments, workpapers, testing, statements, disclosures, and conclusions.
• Research and resolve complex accounting, auditing, and compliance matters.
• Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff to strengthen engagement leadership.
• Collaborate with partners and leaders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
