Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of nonprofit audit and attest engagements delivering tailored service.
• Serve as primary advisor on accounting, auditing, and compliance matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive directors, CEOs, finance committees & boards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Lead growth initiatives and contribute to firm-wide strategic projects.
