Responsibilities

• Process and record transactions and ensure invoices/payments are accurate and per policy.
• Deposit checks for services performed.
• Review grant-related expense coding and allocate costs to restricted grants.
• Reconcile credit card reports and receipts.
• Enter payroll data into the QBO system.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and assist with budgeting alignment.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Operations to provide financial reports.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and compliance.
• Maintain organized digital records in QBO.
