Qualifikationen

• Compose and prepare reports for the finance department.
• Collect, receive, and record funds from all revenue sources.
• Reconcile daily deposits and document cash, checks, and electronic payments.
• Update student receivable records for enrollments, status changes, payments, and scholarships.
• Assist with monthly close and financial reports for leadership and auditors.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and documentation.
• Communicate with students about outstanding balances and invoicing.
• Provide financial aid guidance and resources to students.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, donor, and student data.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, donor restrictions, and regulations for nonprofit organizations.
• Attend school events to oversee funds collection and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with administration to support sound financial management.
