Job summary

Beyond Impact is seeking an Accountant to manage general ledger, AR, AP, and treasury activities for its US operations. This role supports FP&A, month-end close, and audits, ensuring GAAP compliance within a nonprofit context.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce. This is an internal temporary professional position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including AR, GL, FP&A, and audit support.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Accounts Receivable management and collections.
• Accounts Payable processing and vendor payments.
• Cash management including bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Monthly closing and FP&A support for leadership.
• Audit support and IRS/990 documentation assistance.
