Requires a Bachelor's in Business/Accounting/Finance and 5–6 years of related experience, with proficiency in MS Office and church accounting systems. Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt; Full Time with a Monday–Friday schedule and additional events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in high level accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with office software and church accounting systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience documenting, implementing, and analyzing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly contributions and deposits, including online and check gifts.
• Maintain accurate contribution records in CMS and accounting software.
• Post registrations, refunds and Square transactions.
• Assist in month-end reconciliations and year-end statements.
• Support audit preparation and donor communications when needed.
• Ensure transactions are reported with integrity and accuracy.
