Counterintuity, LLC, a nonprofit-focused marketing agency in Los Angeles, seeks an organized Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team. You will balance relationship management with campaign execution across content, social, and search initiatives.

You’ll oversee timelines and budgets, collaborate with production, and identify growth opportunities within accounts while supporting the Director of Client Services and staying ahead of industry trends to deliver

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within an agency or marketing firm.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and project management software.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to identify opportunities for growth within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a strong relationship and high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to align campaigns with client business goals.
• Proactively manage expectations, addressing challenges and opportunities in real time.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all campaigns are executed efficiently.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
