Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and fiscal analyses and research for legislators.
• Draft legislation related to the state budget, revenue and finance.
• Staff legislative committee hearings and brief lawmakers.
• Assist in negotiations with Senate and Executive Branch on budget proposals and legislation.
• Support policymakers in developing and implementing fiscal policy goals.
• Coordinate with Senate and Executive Branch staff on information exchanges.
• Identify legal implications of federal and tribal policy on Oklahoma budgets.
