Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a NF Recovery Manager to oversee the collection, processing and treatment of Auto Shredder Residue (ASR) and to lead NF metal recovery and fluff stockpiling operations in compliance with state regulations. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with multiple managers to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing work experience with 2-5 years in management.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing a work crew in a union environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and operational training; ensure OSHA and internal safety policy compliance.
• Develop Health & Safety SOPs with Regional Safety Engineer(s).
• Schedule and supervise staff across multiple shifts for optimal production.
• Prepare daily production reports to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure justifications.
