Job summary

Pick-n-Pull Auto and Truck Dismantlers in Tacoma, WA seeks a NF Recovery Manager (NFRM) to lead nonferrous metal recovery, ASR processing, and safety compliance at the plant. The role oversees maintenance liaison, production scheduling, and regulatory adherence while driving continuous improvement across shifts.

The position requires 5–10 years in manufacturing with 2–5 years in leadership, a strong mechanical aptitude, and experience managing a work crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing work experience, with 2–5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NF department operations across shifts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance per OSHA and company policies.
• Lead training and safety SOP development with Regional Safety Engineer(s).
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and production reporting to optimize metal recovery.
