Job summary

Radius Recycling, Inc. seeks an NF Processing Manager to lead the NF recovery, training and safety programs across multiple shifts.

You will drive efficiencies in ASR processing, coordinate with maintenance and safety teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while maximizing metal recovery and profitability. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, and reporting on production performance, with emphasis on continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing work experience with 2-5 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to JP department staff on multiple shifts to run efficiently at production rate targets.
• Oversee NF metal recovery and fluff stockpiling with compliance to OSHA and state regulations.
• Monitor safety program, train employees, and participate in Safety Committee meetings.
• Prepare daily production reports to improve throughput, reduce costs and maximize metal recovery.
• Budget and forecast for department expenditures and capital needs.
