Position

Manufacturing Operator (Temporary thru September 30, 2026) – Wolf Lake, IL.

Starting pay is $28.55 an hour. Shift differential payment will be paid on 2nd shift at $1.00 an hour. Incentive bonus available for the whole contract period.

Job Brief

You will safely and efficiently manufacture a quality NONEL product by hand and using an automated system. You will be responsible for properly stocking manufacturing areas and preparing products for shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Manufacture a quality NONEL product.
• Focus on improving safety and quality while minimizing impacts to current production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete proper documentation and balances.
• Attend all health and safety training relevant to the job and apply what is learned.
• Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue waste elimination, and support manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead the commitment to achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives, and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred – on the job training is provided.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo and pass an ATF background check.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, walk, lift up to 38 lbs and push/pull 15 lbs.
• Ability to wear and care for required PPE such as safety glasses, shoes, and gloves.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
