Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring a Residential Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, ensuring timely pickups of garbage, yard waste, and recycling. You will oversee helpers, perform safety checks, and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle in a demanding, customer-facing environment.

The role requires a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate in English. Expect physical work on multiple shifts with routine DOT compliance and on-site operations at

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for the state in which the position works, with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state vehicle requirements.
• Able to communicate in English with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established route and collect/ dump garbage and recyclables.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service on all routes.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain clean truck and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with loading/unloading and supporting helpers on route.
