Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking energetic NonCDL Drivers to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and supervise helpers on the route. The role emphasizes safe operation, courteous customer service, and adherence to DOT and state regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, assisting with route operations, and completing required reports.

Qualifications

• Experience driving refuse collection or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT guidelines and safety inspections.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip checks and basic truck maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established routes and collects garbage and recyclables.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs routine inspections.
• Tags improper refuse containers and ensures proper transfer to disposal sites.
• Prepares and submits required company and regulatory reports.
• Oversees helpers on the route and ensures safety and efficiency.
