Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Riviera Beach, FL, is seeking an Operations Manager – Non-Residential to lead safety, quality, staffing and continuous improvement in our kitting and assembly operations. This role drives production schedules, meets customer requirements and financial targets while building high-performing teams.

You will coach supervisors, apply Lean methods, oversee pipe fabrication, steel fabrication and related manufacturing activities, and collaborate across Sales, Customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• 3+ years supervising production teams.
• Experience in pipe/fabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning and metrics.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Proven people leadership and talent development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety rules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality compliance across operations.
• Lead pipe cutting, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping.
• Manage labor planning, workflow, and equipment utilization.
• Develop and coach supervisors and fabrication staff.
• Drive Lean initiatives and cost reductions.
