Job summary
Union Home Mortgage is seeking a Non-QM Sales Specialist to act as the subject matter expert for Non-QM loan products. You will guide Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Account Executives through the origination process and assist with loan structuring, pricing, and investor guideline research.
The role involves collaborating with underwriting and secondary markets, delivering training, and resolving complex product questions to drive production while ensuring compliance with investor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in mortgage operations, sales, training, or compliance required.
- Non-QM experience is a plus.
- Product Development experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to loan officers, branch managers, and account executives on Non-QM products.
- Educate new hires on product offerings, resources, and tools.
- Answer complex Non-QM product questions and serve as SME for the team.
- Assist with loan structuring, pricing guidance, and investor guideline research.
- Review documents for program requirements and ensure eligibility.
- Train utilization of product tools and collaborate with sales teams.
- Work with underwriters and investors to research guidelines.
