Job summary

The Loan Store, Inc. is seeking a Non-QM Mortgage Operations Support Specialist in Plano, TX to provide end-to-end operational support for the Non-Qualified Mortgage loan lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales, Underwriting, Processing, Closing, Funding, and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely loan execution. You will own loan assignments, monitor the pipeline, resolve issues, and help implement process improvements while maintaining strong partner relationships and a high level of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of mortgage industry experience, preferably Non-QM.
• Knowledge of mortgage operations, loan processing, underwriting support, or quality control.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Encompass preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Sales and internal teams through the loan lifecycle.
• Own assigned loans, monitor pipeline activity and milestones.
• Research questions about operations, documentation, pricing, and guidelines.
• Identify delays and coordinate timely resolutions with internal teams.
• Monitor aging, turnaround times, exception activity, and pipeline metrics.
• Maintain accurate loan information in systems and support special projects.
