Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Non-QM account/relationship management experience.
• Must have recent experience with Non-QM loans including Bank Statement and/or DSCR.

• Review conditions for completeness and accuracy and communicate with relevant parties.
• Resolve issues to prevent delays in the loan process.
