Job summary

LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to manage residential real estate loan documentation for Non-QM loans. This on-site role supports the funding process and coordinates with brokers, processors, and underwriters.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of mortgage processing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient knowledge of the Encompass LOS. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of Mortgage Processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
• Working knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System preferred

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare to fund Non-QM residential mortgage loans.
• Documentation review to ensure compliance and investor saleability.
• Review initial loan approval and work with broker/borrower to gather documentation.
• Submit loan files to underwriter and QC teams.
• Track loans from initial approval to funding.
• Order third-party documentation and review for accuracy and acceptance.
• Communicate progress with Account Executive and/or Regional Manager.
• Collaborate with brokers, loan officers, escrow, and closing attorneys.
