SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC, is hiring caregivers in Milwaukee and surrounding areas to provide non-medical in-home care. You will offer companionship, light housekeeping, meal reminders, and reliable shift coverage with punctuality.

No experience required; training provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid orientation, and flexible schedules with direct deposit and a Simple IRA after 2 years.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
