Job summary

Senior Helpers of Coastal OC is seeking a kind and dependable caregiver to assist seniors with their daily routines and help them stay safely and with dignity in their own homes! Service Area: Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel and nearby areas.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. Flexible schedule with options for full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. We offer training, bonuses, bi-weekly pay with mileage reimbursement, retirement benefits, and a supportive team culture close to home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate attitude and gentle, caring demeanor.
• Experience in caregiving (professional or personal) or eagerness to learn.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Test.
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (can be completed after hire).
• Recent negative TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily needs like bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
• Offer engaging activities and hobbies to reduce isolation.
• Support independence while ensuring safety and dignity at home.
• Transport to medical appointments and local errands.
