Alachua Academy in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Non-Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group counseling to female youth aged 13-18 as part of a residential program. You will follow assessment-based treatment plans under supervision by the Clinical Director.

Alachua Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 13 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health & substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.
Compensation: $50K Annually

What you will do: As a Non-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor within the clinic.
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
