Miami Youth Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth aged 14 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.
Pay: $24.04 per hour

What you will do: As a Part-time Unlicensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for working as a staff member of the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic. The unlicensed professional shall provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor within the clinic.
To be considered, you should: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, and/or other related behavioral and mental health field. Experience in delivering behavioral health services with Medicaid/Medicare billing and documentation standards. At least two years of experience working with children, teens, and families in a behavioral health counseling setting.
