Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Kansas is seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) to provide leadership for a busy outpatient clinic. This role focuses on building efficient operations, guiding staff, and delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, compliant environment.

You will establish goals, supervise daily operations, participate in hiring and performance reviews, manage budgets, and collaborate with medical staff to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • No formal education requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
  • Train, orient, and supervise departmental personnel; responsible for work assignments and daily operations.
  • May assist with selection/hiring, evaluating performance and recommending pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary action.
  • Resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Helps fiscal management and other administrative staff develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, including billing, insurance, and space planning.
  • Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to stay within budget.
  • Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies.
  • Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
  • Participates in professional development activities to keep current health care trends and practices.
  • Maintains confidentiality and privacy.
  • Performs related work as required.
  • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.

Seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) f or our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.
