Working days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm

Requisites:

• Any graduate+ minimum 1 year experience in Non IT Recruitment
• MBA HR is preferred
• Experience of working on manufacturing positions is must (Design, quality, production, purchase positions)
• Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have own laptop & Internet
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have experience in using Naukri & LinkedIn
• Ability to work with targets

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements
• Sourcing profiles through various portals and sources in line with Client requirements
• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
• Interview scheduling and follow ups
• Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
• Hand holding with candidates
• Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
• Maintaining records of candidates and clients
