Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support in Washington. This role involves 7 days on/7 days off coverage with inpatient rounds from 7 AM to 7 PM and night beeper call.

Requirements include Board Certification in Cardiology, WA license or IMLC eligibility, DEA registration, and experience with the Epic EMR. Expedited credentialing is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiology is required.
• Active WA medical license or IMLC eligibility is required.
• DEA registration is required for prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient hospital coverage with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM rounds.
• Night beeper call as part of on-call obligations.
• General inpatient cardiology coverage including consults and rounding.

This facility is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off coverage; inpatient rounding and coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with night beeper call.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital coverage.
• Type of cases and required procedures: General inpatient cardiology coverage, daily hospital rounding, consults, and night call.
• Credentialing timeframe: Expedited credentialing available for providers with a clean file and eligibility for temporary privileges.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification in Cardiology; Active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
• Licensure required: Active Washington medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
