Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Lincoln, Nebraska. The position features 24-hour call shifts from 7a to 7a, with on-call pay and an ASAP start date.

There is no cath lab on site; emergencies are referred to Nebraska Heart Hospital. The ideal candidate is Board Certified or eligible with BLS/ACLS and Nebraska licensure, and will use the Epic EMR system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible for cardiology.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Nebraska medical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Rounding and consults; no clinic duties.
• On-call responsibilities during 24-hour shifts.
• Coordinate care with hospital specialists as needed.

This facility is seeking Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24 hour call shifts 7a-7a
• Type of cases and required procedures: They will be rounding and doing consults (no clinic).They do not have a cath lab so any emergencies or cardiac procedures are sent to Nebraska Heart Hospital.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certified or eligible, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life support
• Licensure required: NE License required
