Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support in Milford, Delaware. The assignment involves inpatient care with potential outpatient duties, including TEEs, and requires board certification with BLS and ACLS, plus an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact in hand. Schedule is Monday through Friday with on-call and weekend commitments.

Credentialing is expected within 30–60 days. EMR is EPIC; AMN handles travel and lodging arrangements for contractors.

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiology is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Interstate Medical Licensure Compact in hand is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient cardiology care with potential outpatient duties.
• Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures including TEEs.
• Work schedule: Mon–Fri 8a-4:30p with 1–2 nights of call weekly and 1 weekend per month.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days.

This facility is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p; 1-2 nights of call per week; 1 weekend of call per month
• Practice Setting: Inpatient with the potential of some outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures:Non invasive cardiology cases and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs)
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications required: Must be board certified; Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Licensure required: Will accept an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact in hand
