Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative cardiovascular program. The role includes a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient duties with a 1:8 call schedule and strong team support.

Accredited IAC program with recognition from NCDR Chest Pain–MI Registry; opportunities to utilize Cleerly, DASI, and DAX Copilot to enhance diagnostics and charting. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiovascular medicine is required/expected.
• Experience with nuclear stress testing is preferred.
• Experience with NIV and echocardiography is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures including TEE imaging, EKG, echocardiography, and nuclear stress testing.
• Provide a mix of outpatient and inpatient cardiology duties.
• Manage clinic volume with 15-min follow-ups and 30-min new patient visits; participate in a 1:8 call schedule.
• Collaborate with team to support patient-centered care and efficient workflows.
• Leverage AI tools (Cleerly, DASI) to enhance diagnostics and utilize DAX Copilot for charting.
