Job summary

Sentara Medical Group in Harrisonburg, VA, is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a vascularly integrated system offering a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice on site. The team includes 10 physicians and 12 APPs with dedicated APP support for inpatient care and call coverage.

The schedule features a rotating week pattern (inpatient one week, outpatient the next) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aiming for high-quality care and continuity within a robust cardiovascular program.

Qualifications

• Perform echo, TEE and nuclear stress testing.
• Coronary CTA or Cardiac MRI experience welcomed but not required.
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with on-site clinic and single-hospital coverage.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative cardiology team of 10 physicians and 12 APPs.
• Rotate 1 week inpatient (5 days) and 1 week outpatient clinic (4 days).
• Clinic volume ~16–18 patients per day; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• Provide high-quality patient care with APP support for inpatient care and call coverage.
