Job summary

Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, NC, is seeking an Invasive Non-Interventional Cardiologist to join our collaborative cardiovascular program. The role offers a balanced mix of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic work with strong APP support and a sustainable call schedule.

You will perform diagnostic catheterizations and TEE, work with AI tools like Cleerly and DASI to enhance imaging, and leverage DAX Copilot for charting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine.
• Experience with Nuclear Stress Testing.
• Experience with NIV and echocardiography.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic cardiac catheterizations.
• Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) imaging.
• Inpatient rounding 3–4 days per week with APP support (7:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Outpatient clinic 1–2 days per week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Manage an average of 20 patients per day in clinic.
• 1:4 call rotation.
