Job summary

Apex Heart and Vascular Care is seeking a Non Invasive Cardiologist to join and lead our growing team just outside New York City, in New Jersey. This is an independent practice with strong hospital affiliations and a full range of cardiovascular services.

You will teach medical students, residents and fellows in an ACGME accredited program, participate in academics and research, and pursue a directorship path.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Cardiology (or eligibility) is required.
• Echocardiography certification or eligibility.
• Nuclear cardiology certification or eligibility.
• NJ Medical license and CDS/DEA numbers required or pending.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an independent noninvasive cardiology practice with strong hospital affiliations.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows in an ACGME accredited program.
• Involve in academics and research with potential for directorship.
• Provide noninvasive cardiovascular services and oversee a broad range of diagnostic testing.
• Employed model with partnership track and visa sponsorships available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates should be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology, Board Certified/Eligible in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology, have or apply for a valid NJ Medical license, and obtain a valid CDS and DEA number.
• New graduate are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $460,000.00 per year base plus bonus
