Job summary

Apex Heart and Vascular is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to join and lead our growing team outside NYC, in northern New Jersey with strong affiliations to tertiary care hospitals. The role offers potential for directorship and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows in an ACGME-accredited program.

Practice includes a broad array of cardiovascular services, a large in-house diagnostics facility, and an employed model with partnership track. Visa sponsorships are available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology; Echocardiography & Nuclear Cardiology.
• Active NJ medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• CDS and DEA numbers required.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a non-invasive cardiology team.
• Teach medical students, residents and fellows.
• Participate in academics and research as faculty.
• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular services including noninvasive, invasive, peripheral, and structural heart procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates should be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology, Board Certified/Eligible in Echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology, have or apply for a valid NJ Medical license, and obtain a valid CDS and DEA number.
• New graduate are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $460,000.00 per year base plus bonus
