Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited institution.
• Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Valid New Jersey Medical License required.
• Expertise in managing arrhythmias and performing ablations.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation in cardiac care as part of a dynamic practice.
• Perform advanced EP procedures including AICD/PPM implantations.
• Involve in teaching as part of an ACGME-accredited program.
• Support patient care with comprehensive cardiovascular services.

Practice Highlights:

• Independent practice with strong affiliations to both tertiary care hospitals and local community hospitals.
• Opportunity for directorship positions.
• Faculty role in an ACGME‑accredited program, with active involvement in teaching.
• Step into a busy, well‑established EP practice, supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers and a thriving, organized device clinic.
• Perform a full range of advanced EP procedures:
  • AICD/PPM implantations
  • Atrial fibrillation ablations
  • LAA closure devices
  • Other cutting‑edge electrophysiology procedures
• Comprehensive cardiovascular services:
  • Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart
  • Large, in‑house diagnostic testing facility
• Full support teams to assist with patient care.
• Employed model with:
  • Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA
  • Productivity‑based incentives
  • Partnership track
• Institutional support for academic involvement and research, with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Valid New Jersey Medical License.
