Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Non-Human Identity Senior Consultant to help clients secure machine, service, and application identities across cloud and hybrid environments. You will assess, design, and implement controls with a focus on governance and secrets management to reduce risk and strengthen security in automation pipelines and platforms.

You will lead workstreams, develop runbooks, and support proposals while contributing to practice content in a high-demand cybersecurity market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years implementing Privileged Access Management or secrets management in cloud/hybrid environments.
• 4+ years with at least 1 PAM or secrets management platform (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault).
• 4+ years in 3+ of: rotation, vaulting, service account governance, provisioning/deprovisioning, entitlement reviews, least-privilege design, AD/Kubernetes integration, Terraform/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, scripting.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess environments to identify Non-Human Identity risks such as secrets sprawl.
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management for non-human identities across cloud, hybrid, and containerized platforms.
• Implement controls: credential vaulting, automated rotation, just-in-time access, workload identity federation, and application credential integrations.
• Advise on Non-Human Identity architecture, operating procedures, and runbooks.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to proposals and reusable assets.
