Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber team is seeking a Non-Human Identity Senior Consultant to help secure machine identities across cloud and hybrid ecosystems. You will assess, design, and implement controls focusing on governance, secrets management, and privileged access to reduce risk and improve resilience.

You will lead workstreams, contribute to proposals, and help advance the practice with reusable assets and market-facing content within a high-demand security market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4+ years building or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years deploying PAM or secrets management in cloud/hybrid environments.
• 4+ years with at least one PAM/secrets platform (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault).
• 4+ years with 3+ items such as rotation, vaulting, governance, provisioning, entitlement reviews, least privilege, AD/K8s, Terraform/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, scripting.
• Travel 25–50% and occasional sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify Non-Human Identity risks, including secrets sprawl and lifecycle governance gaps.
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management across cloud and hybrid platforms.
• Implement controls such as credential vaulting, automated rotation, just-in-time access, workload identity federation, and app credential integrations.
• Advise clients on architecture, operating procedures, and implementation plans including runbooks.
• Lead project workstreams, support proposals, and contribute to reusable assets and market content.
