Deloitte's Cyber team seeks a Senior Consultant to help clients secure machine, service, and application identities across cloud and hybrid environments. You will assess, design, and implement Non-Human Identity controls with a focus on governance, secrets management, and privileged access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, information technology, finance, business, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 4+ years of experience implementing Privileged Access Management or secrets management solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
• 4+ years of experience with at least 1 PAM or secrets management platform (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault).
• 4+ years of experience in at least 3 of: automated credential rotation, vaulting, IAM, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), or REST APIs.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify Non-Human Identity risks (secrets sprawl, over-permissioned accounts, lifecycle governance).
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management for non-human identities across cloud, hybrid, and containerized platforms.
• Implement controls like credential vaulting, rotation, just‑in‑time access, workload identity federation, and AI identity patterns.
• Advise on Non-Human Identity architecture, runbooks, and implementation plans.
• Lead project workstreams, support proposals/SOWs, and contribute to practice development.
