Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber team is seeking a Non-Human Identity Senior Consultant to assess, design, and implement controls for machine, service, and agentic AI identities across cloud and hybrid environments. You will focus on governance, secrets management, and privileged access to reduce identity risk and strengthen operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in information security, PAM or secrets management, and experience across cloud/hybrid platforms with strong scripting or automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or similar field
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
• 4+ years of experience implementing Privileged Access Management or secrets management solutions in cloud/hybrid environments
• 4+ years of experience with at least 1 enterprise PAM or secrets management platform (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault)
• 4+ years of experience in at least 3 of: automated credential rotation, vaulting, least-privilege design, AD/Kubernetes/Terraform/Jenkins/GitHub Actions, scripting, or API automation
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on work and clients served
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify non-human identity risks and governance gaps
• Design and deploy governance, privileged access, and secrets management for cloud and hybrid platforms
• Implement controls like credential vaulting, rotation, just-in-time access, and workload identity federation
• Advise on architecture, runbooks, and implementation plans for non-human identity solutions
• Lead project workstreams, support proposals, and contribute to reusable assets and content
