Job summary

Citi in Budapest is seeking a Risk & Control Lead Analyst for Enterprise Services & Public Affairs, focused on Non-Financial Regulations. The role covers end-to-end governance, risk and control processes within ESPA.

You will lead regulatory change records, coordinate with GAUs across geographies, and help maintain the NFR inventory while delivering KPI-driven insights to Internal Audit and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; legal/law related or J.D. preferred.
• 7+ years relevant experience in governance, risk and controls focusing on regulation management and compliance.
• Proven ability to read laws, rules, and regulations and explain requirements to non-legal personnel.
• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor Non-Financial Regulations (NFRs) from regulatory sources.
• Submit Regulatory Change records in the Citi Risk & Control platform and scope relevance.
• Assign NFRs to GAUs and act as ETR Coordinator for Exterritorial Regulations.
• Review and disposition NFRs and oversee impact assessments with GAUs.
• Maintain NFR Inventory and generate KPI reports from CRMT; liaise with Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit.
