Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, sort, and grade non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum

• Operate downstream equipment (shears, balers, conveyors)

• Maintain accurate material documentation

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment

• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in scrap, recycling, or industrial environments preferred

• Knowledge of non-ferrous metals is a strong plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

• Forklift or skid steer experience a bonus
