Job summary

Reisz Siderman Eisenberg, APC is looking for attorney candidates for a Non-Equity Partner Position in Los Angeles. The role involves supervising matters from inception to resolution and working with associate attorneys.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience and a JD degree along with a California bar license. We offer a competitive salary range of $190,000 – $234,000 based on experience, alongside excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in preparing/drafting/arguing legal motions preferred.
• Experience in reporting to insurance carriers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial senior-level evaluation of claim documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and co-counsel during all phases of discovery.
• Prepare court filings and keep accurate time records.

Skills

Leadership, management, or case supervision experience

Strong, concise communication and writing skills

Experience in taking and defending depositions

Familiarity with written and oral discovery

Education

JD degree and California bar license in good standing
