Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current medical examination.
• Must be 21 years or older with good driving record.
• CPR/Handle with Care training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for patients to and from the facility in a safe manner.
• Obey all traffic laws while driving company vehicles.
• Report van maintenance problems to supervisor and outpatient manager.
• Maintain the van log with updated addresses and phone numbers.
• Communicate with the Outpatient Manager and staff regarding patient care.
