Job summary

Hospital to Home LLC in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver who will provide safe, dignified transport for patients with limited mobility, including wheelchair or stretcher needs, to medical appointments, discharges, or home care.

You will drive company vehicles, assist patients in and out, maintain logs, ensure infection control and HIPAA compliance, and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with lifting and physical activity as part of the role.

In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and dignified transportation for individuals with limited mobility, including those requiring wheelchair or stretcher assistance.
