Hospital-to-Home is seeking a responsible Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver to provide safe, dignified transportation for patients with limited mobility. You will assist patients in and out of vehicles, operate wheelchair or stretcher transfers, and maintain vehicle readiness while following HIPAA and safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 125 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push and maneuver patients and equipment safely.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• BLS/CPR certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport patients via wheelchair or stretcher between homes, hospitals, SNFs, and outpatient centers.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and traffic laws.

In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and dignified transportation for individuals with limited mobility, including those requiring wheelchair or stretcher assistance.
